Montague volleyball goes 3-0 at home quad

Montague won all three matches Saturday at a home quad meet, defeating a trio of West Michigan Conference Rivers foes.
The Wildcats (13-6-2) earned sweeps in all three wins, extending their winning streak to seven They beat Hart 25-20, 25-14, 25-18, topped Ravenna 25-9, 25-18, 25-22 and dispatched Holton 25-14, 25-20, 25-14.
Maizie Collins led the Montague attack Saturday, posting 26 kills, and Reagan Cederquist added 21. Cederquist was a force at the net, compiling 10 blocks.
At the service line, Jordan Netcott led with eight aces and 29 total service points. Gentry Knop had 52 digs for the Montague defense, and Jaelyn Sundberg passed out 71 assists.
