Netcott scores 1,000th career dig as Montague volleyball goes 1-1 at home tri

Montague played two very close matches against quality opponents Wednesday night at its home tri meet, going 1-1. The Wildcats lost to Western Michigan Christian 24-26, 25-16, 25-20, but defeated Shelby 25-13, 13-25, 25-18.
Montague moved its record to 23-11-4.
Jordan Netcott hit a career milestone during the match, scoring her 1,000th career dig. She had a team-high 28 for the night. Maizie Collins led the offense with 18 kills, with Ava Pumford adding 14. Pumford and Gentry Knop each posted four aces. Jaelyn Sundberg chipped in 19 assists.
