Reeths-Puffer had a great day at Friday's Orchard View tournament, with two top-level finishes.
The girls' team reached the championship match of the meet before falling to Sparta. The Rockets beat Holton and Cedar Springs in bracket play to reach the finals. Hailey Johnsen led the team with a three-game series of 465.
R-P finished sixth in the boys' portion of the meet, dropping its first-round bracket match against Cedar Springs. Liam Copenhaver took fifth place for the Rockets and had a three-game series of 564, leading the team.
