Whitehall overcame a stalwart performance by South Haven star Ly'Nique Cunningham to come away with a 43-40 victory Monday night.
Cunningham had 32 points for the host Rams, but Whitehall coach Brian Milliron said the Viking defense, particularly Kate Beda and Lianne Fagan, did a good job making things difficult for her.
On offense, Lexi Daggett led the way for Whitehall (2-2) with 18 points. Clare Westerlund added 12.
