Whitehall had a successful day at the Grandville tournament
Saturday, going 3-1 in four dual matches, including a dominant 46-24
triumph over Division 3 No. 6 Lakewood after the Vikings entered the day
ranked No. 7.
The Vikings also defeated Byron Center
(46-30) and Cedar Springs (43-33) in the tournament. Their lone loss was
by a 46-20 margin against Division 1 No. 6 Temperance Bedford.

Craner had another overwhelming showing for the Vikings, scoring four
pin victories, and Wyatt Jenkins, Tommy Leeke and Blake English each
also went 40. Jenkins and Leeke each had a pair of pins, and English won
two matches by technical fall. Max Krukowski added a 3-0 showing for
Whitehall.
