Montague had three top-3 finishers at Saturday's Holt girls tournament, as Wildcats Ava Pelton and Taylor Moore each finished second in their weight classes and Zaniya Meza took third.
The meet was the girls Wildcats' final regular-season event. Montague will host the individual girls district tournament Feb. 9.
Moore was returning to the mat after an ankle injury kept her out of action for a few weeks, but she looked no worse for wear.
"She didn't look like she had
been out for the last three weeks, but still had a few minor setbacks," Montague coach Kris Maddox said. "(She) had a solid day."
