Reeths-Puffer never trailed and dominated the shots on goal
category Friday night to defeat Birmingham Unified 4-2 in the first game
of the Stan Konrad Tournament at Lakeshore Sports Centre.
The
Rockets racked up 41 shots on goal to Birmingham's 13, but took over a
period to get one of them in the net before Connor Anderson scored early
in the second. Anderson also had R-P's final goal with 3:32 to play.
Kaeden
Benner and Tyler Cuti also scored for the Rockets. Ayden Hartzell led
the team with eight shots on goal, and Huck VanDyke made 11 saves.
