Montague lost its regular-season finale to Oakridge Friday night,
71-37, setting up another game between the teams Monday in the
pre-district round.
The Wildcats (4-18, 1-11 West Michigan
Conference Lakes) were down only five points, 18-13, after a quarter,
but the offense struggled to only 12 points in the next two frames as
Oakridge built a sizable lead.
Jack Degen led Montague with 10 points.
