Montague showed some gumption to battle back into Friday night's
game against Manistee after falling behind by double digits, but the
Mariners were still able to secure a 57-48 win.
The Wildcats
(4-16, 1-10 West Michigan Conference Lakes), who trailed by 15 points
after three quarters, scored 25 in the fourth and got within six points
down the stretch before falling short of the victory.
Cole Herremans led Montague with 12 points and nine rebounds, and Jack Degen chipped in 11 points.
