Reeths-Puffer continued its recent run of thrilling games Tuesday
with a 5-4 overtime victory over Sparta, its second overtime win over
Sparta this year.
Tyler Tindall scored the game-winner for the
Rockets (15-6-2) in the extra period, his second goal of the game.
Tindall also had an assist in the contest.
The game was
the Rockets' sixth in the past seven to be decided by one goal or end in
a tie, and three have gone to overtime in that span.
Bucky
Aney had a goal and assisted Tindall's winning score, and Eli Cuti added
a goal and two assists. Gavin Pastotnik had two assists.
The Rockets controlled possession much of the game and recorded 34 shots on goal to the Spartans' 17.
