Reeths-Puffer tennis wallops Kenowa Hills

It was all Reeths-Puffer Thursday against Kenowa Hills, as the Rockets earned seven straight-set wins in a 7-1 triumph.
The seven Rocket flights to win had little trouble with their opponents, only once allowing as many as four set points.
In singles play, Hope Latsch, Molly Matz and Mylie Neel were impressive in wins. Matz and Neel each won by scores of 6-1, 6-3, and Latsch took her match 6-1, 6-2.
The Rocket doubles flights all came out on top, highlighted by a 6-0, 6-0 whitewashing for Gabrielle Borgeson/Malania Eilers at No. 1 doubles. Lauren Matz/Elana Weiden, Ava Dietz/Kaitlyn Darow and Maddie Hutchinson/Makayla Smith each rolled to straight-set wins as well.
Even R-P's lone defeat featured a great effort from Olivia Smith, who pushed Sarah Buckwalter to a third-set tiebreaker before ending up on the short end of a 6-2, 6-7(5), 10-7 decision.
