Whitehall tied for second place in a solid performance Saturday at the Fruitport Invitational.
The Vikings scored 11 points, tying with Ludington. Both teams were eight points behind Spring Lake.
Grace McDowell led Whitehall with a 3-0 record at No. 3 singles. She won all three of her matches in straight sets.

Gould/Alivia DeWildt went 2-1 at No. 1 doubles with a couple of
straight-set wins, and Riley Shafer went 2-1 at No. 4 singles, both wins
in straight sets.
The Vikings' remaining four points came
from one win each at four flights. Akeelah Martin earned a win at No. 1
singles; Brianna Bentz got one at No. 2 singles; Addie Broton/Avarie
Bentz won once at No. 2 doubles; and Emily VanDam/Braelee Fogus won a
match at No. 3 doubles.
